Castello del Buonconsiglio is probably the most important building in Trentino. ewo, in cooperation with Luce e Design, was commissioned to equip the castle with an all-new lighting system.

The Up-Series was developed for ewo by the Norwegian design group Norway Says: starting from the basic shape of a bollard, many possible functions are yielded through various openings – lighting amongst them – within a distinctive form and esthetic.
HL Lichttechnik has developed together with ewo its own illumination system for Klenzepark. “With much attention to detail, a unique all-in-one product was created, which has fulfilled all technical, optical and illumination technique requirements“, according to the responsible illumination planner Hans Lichtl.

THE ewoPhotometricEngine AND THE WORLD OF FLEXIBILITY — A NEW EWA IN LIGHT
Visitors to the light + building tradeshow in Frankfurt in March 2018 had never before seen such a stand. In cooperation with Clemens Weisshaar and Reed Kram, ewo had developed the ewoPhotometricEngine with which flexible, continuously variable possibilities for the use of the modular concept can be explored interactively. Light distributions can be simulated live with this machine with the greatest of ease and with an easily comprehensible interface.
